You may cancel any order at no cost before it is dispatched. Email [email protected] with your order number. If the order has already been handed to the courier, treat it as a return instead.
You may return any product within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund. No reason is required. The product may have been used: we accept that you cannot evaluate a cleaning tool without cleaning something with it.
To be eligible, the return must include the unit, all attachments, the filter and the charging cable. Missing items are deducted from the refund at their individual retail price.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. We reply within one working day with a return reference and a pickup slot. We arrange and pay for the reverse pickup. Where a pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we will ask you to courier the item and will reimburse the documented cost.
Refunds are issued within five to seven working days of the returned product reaching us and passing inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Time taken by your bank or card issuer to post the credit is outside our control.
Shipping charges, where any were paid, are refunded in full when the return results from our error — a wrong, damaged or defective item.
Request an exchange in your first email and we will dispatch the replacement once the original has been picked up, so you are not waiting on two legs of transit.
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and outer packaging. We replace it at our cost, and you are not asked to return anything before the replacement ships.
A fault occurring after the seven-day return window is handled under the two-year warranty on the motor, battery and electronics, not under this policy. See Warranty.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
