Seven days from delivery. Used is fine — you were meant to try it. We arrange the pickup and we cover it.
“Unused and in original packaging” is a policy written to stop returns. Ours isn't. Open it, use it on the car, decide it isn't for you — that's the point of seven days.
Order number and one line about why. The reason isn't a test you have to pass — it's how we find out what's wrong with the product or the page.
Usually same day, from the address it went to or another one if you've moved. Put it in any box you have; the original isn't required.
Not when it arrives at our end, and not after an inspection. Back to the original payment method, three to five working days depending on your bank.
Bought as a gift and don't want to tell the giver? Say so in the form and we'll refund quietly to a UPI ID instead.
A return that goes smoothly is worth more to us than a sale that shouldn't have happened.
