Suction has dropped

Our whole support policy

1working day

To a reply from a person who can decide something. No ticket number, no queue position, no “we value your patience”.

Before you write in

Most of it is one of these.

It won't charge

Try a different USB-C cable and a wall adapter rather than a laptop port first — that fixes it most of the time. If the display doesn't wake at all, it's a warranty replacement, so tell us.

Suction has dropped

Nine times in ten it's the filter. Rinse it, let it dry completely — a damp filter chokes the airflow and feels exactly like a failing motor.

It's loud

At full speed it is. A brushless motor at this speed moving this much air makes noise, and anything claiming otherwise at this size isn't moving much air. Ease the dial down for close work.

Can I use it on liquids?

No. Dry debris only. No liquids, no hot ash, nothing still plugged in.

Is it safe on a camera sensor?

Around a camera body and lens barrel, yes — it's moving air, nothing touches the surface. We wouldn't put it directly onto an exposed sensor at full power; drop the speed and keep your distance.

Still stuck

Write to a person.

A photo or video is optional, but it usually settles it in one reply — send it to [email protected] and we'll match it up.

We'd rather fix it than win it.

If it's our fault we replace it. If it's not, we'll still tell you what to do about it.
