Warranty

Two years. No nonsense.

One page, no schedule of exclusions in six-point type. If the thing we sold you fails at being the thing we sold you, we replace it.

2years, from the day it arrives

Motor, battery, electronics. Replacement, not repair. No depot, no diagnosis queue, no shipping it back at your cost to be told it's fine.

The warranty desk

Three things you might be here for.

What's covered, in plain words.

The motor
Covered. It stops, it slows, it makes a noise it didn't make before — that's ours.
The battery
Covered.Won't charge, won't hold charge, or runtime collapses well below what we've published.
The electronics
Covered. The dial, the display, the charging circuit.
The filter
Not covered. It's washable and it's a consumable — it wears out the way a filter is supposed to. Spares are stocked and cheap.
The attachments
Covered for six monthsagainst splitting or a bad fit. Beyond that they're consumables, and each one is sold separately so you never replace the tool over a nozzle.
Dropped it
Not covered— but tell us anyway. If the case cracked on a one-metre drop onto carpet, that's a build problem and we want to know, not a customer problem.
Liquids, hot ash, or anything live
Not covered. It's a dry-debris tool. Wet or hot material will kill the motor and it isn't a fault when it does.
Opened it up
Not covered. There's nothing user-serviceable inside and a brushless motor at 1,30,000 rpm is not a thing to be curious about with a screwdriver.
Bought it secondhand
The warranty runs with the unit, not the buyer, for whatever's left of the two years. We just need the original order number.
Bought it as a gift
Covered the same, and the person holding it can claim it. Your name is on the gift; the warranty is our problem, not yours to field.

Register it. Takes a minute, adds six months.

Your two years start the day it arrives whether you do this or not — we already have the order. Register within 30 days and we extend it to two and a half. If it was a gift or came from a corporate order, this is also how we get you on the record at all.

Where the confirmation goes.

If you have one. A gift recipient never will, and they are the reason this form exists.

Optional, and genuinely useful to us.

We use these details to confirm your cover and, if you asked for it, to send a filter reminder. Nothing else, and you can stop it at any time.

How a claim actually goes.

  1. You tell us what it's doing

Order number and a sentence. A short video helps more than a paragraph, because we can usually tell from the sound.

  2. We answer inside one working day

Either with the fix — it's the filter more often than you'd think — or with a replacement.

  3. The new one ships

We don't hold the replacement hostage while the old one travels. It goes out, and we arrange the pickup of the faulty unit at the same time, at our cost.

If we're out of stock we say so and give you a date, rather than going quiet.

The short version.

If it breaks doing what we told you it does, it's ours. If it breaks doing something we told you not to do, it isn't — and we'll still tell you what to do about it.
