Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are usually picked the same day. All orders are dispatched within two working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festival volumes and local restrictions can extend them.
Standard shipping is free on all orders within India, including spares and attachments. There are no handling fees and no charge for cash on delivery.
Available on serviceable pin codes, shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers frequently cannot provide change. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may result in the option being withdrawn for that address.
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS when your order leaves us. It can take up to 24 hours for the courier's system to show the first scan. If tracking has not updated for three working days, email [email protected] and we will chase it.
Couriers make up to three delivery attempts before returning a parcel to us. Please make sure the address and phone number you enter are complete and reachable — an incorrect address is the single most common cause of a failed delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where possible, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, tell us within 48 hours and we will raise it with the courier and resolve it with you rather than leaving you to argue with them.
Sweep contains a lithium-ion battery and is shipped in accordance with the courier's dangerous goods requirements. This occasionally limits which courier can serve a given pin code, and can add a day to remote deliveries.
